On Tuesday the children in Clarks Class had a go at making bracelets during our RE session just like they do during the Hindu festival of Raksha Bandhan. To do this the children had to use lots of resilience and unity, working together to help each other with their bracelets.
The children have been researching the life of Roald Dahl and have created some fact files displaying the information they found. Our book is next to our display, come in and take a look!!

Today Clarks Class invented some new chocolate bars for Mr Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory. We came up with some great names for our bars using alliteration and onomatopoeia, then had a go at persuading Mr Wonka of why our chocolate bars were better than anyone else’s!!
If you had one wish…what would it be? The children had lots of wishes, ranging from wanting to be a vet, to becoming a popstar. We spoke about having ambitions and working really hard to achieve them. We agreed that we could achieve anything if we think positively and believe in ourselves!
