From the next academic year (September 2024) parents and carers will need to use Arbor to book and pay for school lunches.

Lunches are available to book until lunchtime (11.45am) the week before ie, a meal for 4th September needs to be booked by 11.45am on 28th August, 5th September booked by 29th August etc. Any changes to the booking after this time, will need to be done via the school office to ensure that that Manor Catering are aware.

Menus are available on the school website and are updated each term. We request that parents check this information, especially if there are dietary requirements, as this information is not shown in Arbor when booking the lunch.

School Meal Costs and other information

Children in Reception – Year 2 have Universal Free School Meals.

School meals must be paid for children in Year 3 and above (unless you qualify for Free School Meals).

School meal costs for 2024-2025 are £2.65.

If you are required to pay for your child’s school lunches you will need to credit your Arbor account with a balance to ensure that your account does not go into debt. Once the meals have been taken for the day, the money will be deducted from your balance. We suggest paying at least a week in advance to keep the account in credit.

If your child’s account falls into debt you will receive an email alerting you to this and we ask that it is cleared within 24 hours. For help with topping up your child’s account, please click Topping up accounts and viewing payments in the Parent Portal – Arbor Help Centre (arbor-education.com)

If your child qualifies for Free School Meals or Universal Free School Meals (Reception to Year 2) this does not apply to you as no payment is required.

If you need to update your child’s medical or dietary requirements please provide the information via Arbor. It is important that this information is kept up-to-date so that we can ensure that the meals provided meet the dietary needs of the child.
