Supporting Future Teachers

Our school is committed to developing and supporting teachers of the future. We are proud to work closely in partnership with the University of Northampton, providing trainee teachers with valuable experiencial learning in our school, which supports research based academic learning required to become an effective future teacher. We offer a range of placements that are tailored to meet the needs of trainees at different stages of development and offer quality mentoring throughout their time with us. We aim to provide all our placed trainee teachers with the opportunity to work alongside our highly experienced and committed staff, to learn and develop the art of teaching, and to encourage reflective practice to sustain continued professional development in this rewarding role.
